Planning a wedding is a significant undertaking, and chances are, you've never planned an event of this magnitude before. Let’s face it–life is busy, and you’re already juggling a full plate of responsibilities. You deserve to enjoy the excitement of your engagement season without feeling overwhelmed by the intricate details of event planning.
By entrusting your vision to a seasoned planner like me, you can rest assured that your dream wedding will be brought to life with meticulous attention to detail and expertise. Rather than feeling stressed to the max during your engagement, or your family and bridal party having to handle the details on your big day, let me handle the logistics. That way, you can cherish every moment and be confident that your event is in capable hands – ensuring that your wedding day is the best day EVER!

A wedding planner is involved from the early stages of planning, assisting with vendor selection, design decisions, and overall vision. They work closely with you for several months leading up to the wedding, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision. They are also onsite on the day-of to seamlessly execute the plan and vision for the big day. Depending on how far along you are in the process, either my Full Planning or Partial Planning packages may be right for you.
On the other hand, a wedding coordinator steps in closer to the wedding date, typically 60 to 90 days prior. They handle final logistics, confirm vendor arrangements, and oversee execution on the wedding day, allowing you to relax and enjoy your special day stress-free. If you have all of your vendors booked, you are about 90 to 60 days out from your wedding, and you need someone to handle the logistics and details on the day-of, my Wedding Coordination package may be the right fit for you!

While a venue coordinator is a valuable resource provided by the venue, it's important to note that their primary responsibility is to ensure the venue's operations run smoothly. On the other hand, as your wedding planner or coordinator, I am solely dedicated to you and your wedding day vision.
Although the venue coordinator may be overseeing multiple events during your wedding weekend, my focus is solely on you and your wedding, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision and desires. Unlike a venue coordinator, I have a comprehensive understanding of your entire wedding day, including all vendors involved, not just the venue-specific details. As your planner or coordinator, my first priority is ensuring that the vision and details for your day are executed seamlessly and flawlessly.

I certainly do! While I am based in Indianapolis, I do travel for weddings and events throughout Indiana and the midwest - Chicago, Fort Wayne, Evansville, Bloomington, and all the smaller towns in between! For cities outside of the greater Indianapolis area, mileage will be factored into the service package you choose.
And yes, it would be my honor to plan and coordinate your destination wedding - just say the word! Travel expenses and mileage will be factored into the service package you choose.
