Wedding Management

Otherwise known as “day of coordination,” this service is for you if you have all of your vendors booked and are ready to hand off the final details and decisions. This service begins 60 to 90 days prior to your wedding date.

    • Rehearsal Coordination (1 Hour)

    • Full Execution of Wedding Day Schedule

    • Distribution of Vendor Payments & Gratuities

    • Access to Wedding Emergency Kit

    • Direction of Tear Down & Clean Up, Final Venue Walk-Through

    • Planner Onsite Up to 12 Hours Day-Of

Partial Planning & Design

For those who also like to plan. If you have your key vendors booked and are a little further along in the planning process but you need some help pulling everything together, this package is for you. This service begins 5 to 6 months prior to your wedding date.

  • Everything in the Wedding Management package, plus:

    • Vendor Recommendations & Selection Assistance

    • Budget Management Assistance

    • Seating Chart Management Assistance

    • One Additional Venue Walk-Through

    • Additional Planning Consultations

These services can be built into your event planning package.

  • In some cases, this service may be added on to Wedding Management packages. It is already included in the Partial Planning & Design Package, and a combination of these services may be included in a Special Events package:

  • For special events of up to 50 guests, I offer floral design services including design consultation, floral design execution, and delivery. Floral designs available include:

    • Table centerpieces

    • Bud vases arrangements

    • Floral swags for backdrops

    • Grounded floral swags for backdrops/displays

  • This service is available as an add-on for Special Events or a la carte:

    Bloom Bar & Floral Workshop: this includes a “Bloom Bar” - a setup with an assortment of in-season flowers and greenery and floral arranging supplies. I will lead a workshop where your guests will learn how to create their own floral arrangement or wrapped bouquet.

    This is great for birthdays, bridal, and baby showers. It can also be a fun group activity for your nonprofit or corporate team!
